Unity Professional Staffing Agency LLC (“Unity Staffing”) operates this site to take employment applications and manage staffing assignments in the Columbus, Ohio area. Effective date: July 24, 2026.

What we collect

The information you provide on our employment application: name, phone number, email, address, the kinds of work and shifts you are looking for, transportation, and languages. If you are placed on assignment, we also keep records needed to run that assignment, such as hours worked and worksite details.

How we use it

To evaluate your application, contact you about job opportunities, run background checks you have authorized, manage assignments and payroll hours, and meet our legal obligations as a staffing agency. We share your information only with the client businesses where you are being considered for or placed on assignment, with service providers who process it on our behalf, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages on our application form, we send informational texts about job opportunities, shift alerts, timesheet reminders, and payroll notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging are not shared with any third party except as necessary to deliver the messages.
